Melanie Infinger, CEO and Co-Founder |
|
Melanie gained a deep understanding of nurse navigation while at EduCare, a breast navigator training and patient education company, where she served as director of Business Development for over 10 years. It was during this time that Melanie and Judy Kneece RN, OCN, President of EduCare, recognized the need for software that would aid nurse navigators in managing increasing patient loads, and provide a HIPAA compliant method for nurse navigators to connect with their patients online. In April 2009 Nursenav Oncology launched its SaaS offering, which has quickly become the leading software solution for patient navigation programs across the country.
Prior to EduCare, Melanie worked in other areas of healthcare, including a dental management consulting company, and in sales and marketing in the optical industry.
